Third Party Debt Collection Agenies have LOTS of Secrets. Most of the time, you really don’t owe a 3rd party collector any money at all. They are Debt Scavengers who buy spreadsheets of debt with listed names, phone numbers, addresses, and listed debt; but you have no legal or moral obligation to pay them unless they are able to validate the debt.

 

Debt Collectors have massive issues when you ask them to validate a debt, and most of the time they have no legal document to support a validation. Sometimes they’ll send a printout of a “screenshot” from a statement with your name on it. This isn’t legal proof you owe them any money, this is a fake statement, that is not even through their agency.

Don’t believe what they tell you on the phone, the people who work for these agencies are payed through commission, and often won’t give up until their quota is met.How can they afford to pay you commission if they’re collecting a real debt? They can’t!
