How To Transform Bad Credit To Good Credit
His scores were: 685 – 641 – 666 which are considered to be low when applying for a Mortgage. Mortgage companies take the middle of the three scores to qualify you for a loan, which means his middle credit score was 666, and he needed a score over 700 in 14 days OR less. Most people, including the mortgage broker thought it was impossible. BUT, Mortgage Brokers are allowed to do something called a Rapid Re-Score. This is where they furnish documentation to the credit report company (not the credit bureaus) and then the credit report company communicates with the bureaus to update the credit profile. SO, if I am able to get a few quick deletions from my client’s report, I can teach the Mortgage Broker how to do a Rapid Re-score. This was NOT one of our standard programs, it is called an expedited pay per delete program.
